– Provides courteous and efficient services. To greet all guest and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner.
– Handling room check-in and check-out for guests with professional manner.
– Works closely with Reservation, Housekeeping and Engineering Department to ensure the rooms arrangement ready without any defects.
– Ensures guest satisfaction is achieved at all times.
– Ensures the inventory in Front Office are sufficient all times.
– Pro-active in seeking guest comments and feedback.
– Ensures the operation in Front Office run smoothly and efficiently.
Requirement
– Possess Certificate/Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent studies.
– Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
– Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
– Able to work on shifts, weekend and public holidays.
– Good in communications and interpersonal skills.
