– Prepare and develop Sales Strategies that are suit to the existing market situation for short, medium and long term.
– Prepare proposal, cost calculations and cost analysis.
– Provide day-to-day leading to the Team with focusing on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of the company’s objectives.
– Maximizes revenue oppotunities to achieve revenue goals.
Requirements
– The candidate possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Business Management / Marketing / Hospitality Management or equivalent studies.
– At least 2 years working experience in relevant industry.
– Can work with tight deadlines and aggressive to achieve goals.
– Good in monitoring, coaching and people management skills.
– Good communications and interpersonal skills.
