Job Description
– Monitoring employees’ attendance. Report to Superior if found any unusual records.
– Monitor and update employees leave records.
– Handle payroll for all category of employees including casual worker / part-timers and trainees.
– Handle recruitment process including job posting and interview arrangement.
– Ensure inventory in office and other area under HR supervision is sufficient all the time.
– Ensure information for employees is up to date.
– Coordinate HR projects.
– Maintain and safeguard the confidentiality of the department at all times.
– Attend to employees’ requests in a courteous manner.
Requirement
– Possess Certificate/Diploma in Human Resources Management / Laws / Business Management / Hospitality Management or equivalent studies.
– Basic computer skills.
– Hardworking and willing to learn.
– Good communication and interpersonal skills.
