– Handle and manage guest enquiries and complaints in professional manner.
– Monitor and manage Front Office Operations on daily basis
– Handle the room assignment according to the requests and needs.
– Train and guide new hire Associates
– Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports
– Conduct regular patrolling on all areas of the hotel to ensure cleanliness and reports if found any discrepancies.
Requirements
– The candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Business Management / Hospitality Management or equivalent studies.
– At least 2 years working experience in Hospitality or relevant industry.
– Can work with tight deadlines and aggressive to achieve goals.
– Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
– Able to work extra hours and flexible on the shift arrangement.
– Responsible, reliable, committed and patient.
– Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
