Description

Job Descriptions:

1.      Handle and respond promptly to all inquiries, requests, and complaints by email or call related to sales in a professional and timely manner

2.      Input bookings into the system for record purpose and ensure timely update of all correspondence and sales related information

3.      Coordinate with other departments on all functions, groups events, group check-in, special arrangement in any sales related activities

4.      Update and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales report

5.      To provide pre and post sales services to maintain a good relationship with customer

6.      Prepare and maintain customer data for sales leads

7.      Coordinate with sales agents and travel agencies

8.      Ensure proper documentation and handle all administration works related to sales

9.      Other duties as required from time to time

Qualifications

SPM/O Level
Higher Secondary/STPM/A Level/Pre-U
Diploma
Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
