- To usher our Tower Club members to the Tower Club reception at L67.
- Guide and give a good care to members throughout their value time at club.
- Be well groomed, friendly, polite and courteous at all times.
- To be able to help and assist our guests with their queries and needs.
- Must be a team player and able to blend in and help whenever possible.
- Handling all walk-in visitors
- Handling all enquiries / complaints / lost & found from members
- In charge of touring and sales presentations
- Handling all members activities such as reservations and special arrangements
- Do cold calls to invite potential guest to Tower Club Penang
