Job Description
– Assist in managing social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other similar community sites.
– Prepare, monitor and respond to guests’ feedback or inquiries.
– To assist the Marketing & Communication Manager in the areas of communications, media relations, internal communications, customer relations, investor relations and marketing.
– To be the hotel ambassador and to take official pictures during hotel’s event/function for publicity and marketing purposes.
– Assist Sales & Marketing and Food & Beverage team in creating and implementing marketing and promotion plans by attending the Advertising & Promotions Meeting on monthly basis.
Requirement
– The candidate possess at least Diploma/Degree in Marketing / Business Management / Hospitality Management or relevant studies.
– Multitasking & time management.
– Good in computer skills
– Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
– Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia
